eh... i aint a Rouge fan at all. so dont ask why i drew this. i dont even know.

i need to upload more art. but thanks to todays snow day, i got to finish this. im probably gonna get killed by my frined who is an anti-Rouge person. this is dedicated to Coal the Bat, the biggest Rouge fanboy eva. done in PSP9 as usual. plz comment and fave and stuff. im happeh with this. i like the shading and will still continue with this style of it. back to my drawings and hapiness over snow days.
